Our 3-month progress guarantee

We offer a 3-month progress guarantee. If you don't move up at least one CEFR level after 3 months of following your plan, we continue your classes for free until you do. No questions asked.

Why we don't offer cash refunds

Outside of this guarantee, we don't offer cash refunds for a change of mind partway through a plan — we're committed to getting you real results instead of a transactional refund process. We believe the guarantee above is a stronger promise than a simple money-back window.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly — a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, or a payment that didn't match what you signed up for — contact us and we'll look into it and correct genuine errors.

How to request the guarantee

If you've completed 3 months on a plan without moving up a CEFR level, reach out on our Contact page and we'll arrange your continued classes at no extra cost.
