These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Schooly (schooly.ma), an online English academy for students and professionals in Morocco, operated by Optimize Your Rank Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16513835), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Schooly provides live, teacher-led English classes delivered over video, in small groups or one-on-one, along with progress tracking, homework, and recorded sessions. We do not guarantee any specific certification or exam result — our guarantee (see our Refund Policy) is based on measured CEFR level progress, not a specific external test score.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or resell access to your classes.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed for a 3-month period at a time. Current plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle — we never store your full card details ourselves.

4. Guarantee and refunds

We offer a 3-month progress guarantee, described in full on our Refund Policy page. Outside of that guarantee, we don't offer cash refunds for a change of mind, but we do correct genuine billing errors — contact us if you believe you were charged incorrectly.

5. Live classes and recordings

Live sessions are recorded and made available in your dashboard for 30 days so you can catch up on a missed class. Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.

6. Acceptable use

Classes are a space for real learning — we ask that you treat teachers and other students with respect. We may suspend access for behavior that disrupts classes or violates these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, platform content, and the Schooly name and branding belong to Schooly. Your own homework submissions and account data remain yours.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of Schooly after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
